Tim Has a incredibly strong work ethic and always comes prepared for practices and games. He has been great mentor for my boys, I am amazed at how he can coach Junior Level players and Hockey 2 players and still finds a way to connect.

Not only does he help them from a technical standpoint, but he challenges their abilities, motivates them and most importantly keeps hockey fun. He is a coach that is very well developed and is amoung the best youth leaders in any sport I have witnessed to date.

Tim was TRULY INSPIRING to play for!

He brought great energy no matter the occassion, and always found a way to motivate the team. He's the coach that can read the room better than anyone, and knows exactly what to say and when to say it. In my opinion, Tim's soft skills make him the coach you want for your club. 

Hands down, Tim cares for his playersand really does wear his heart on his sleeve. Its those kind of attributes that instill trust into players, and pays dividends time ant time again down the line. 

On the technical side of things, Tim ran excellent systems that the players could understand and execute at a high level. His practices developed the skills needed, and never lacked creativity. 

He would always find a new way of running drills to keep players engaged week after week and focused on getting incrementally better. 

Tim held great poise on the bench, if he was nervous or disgruntled you would have a hard time noticing. And along with that poise came great focus and game sense. He was always one step ahead, anticpating line changes, Identifying opportunities for set plays and chances that would give his team the upper hand. 

Most of all, Tim was FUN to play for, and I would do it all over again if I could 

Tim has influenced my life by developing me at a young age to achieve successful Junior and collegiate hockey career. 

I first me Tim through Bantam AAA In Maple Ridge. Tim approaches coaching with a professional and effective teaching style. During this time Tim coached several different systems, strategies, and execution plans. With his leadership, mentoring, and guidence our Team won the Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey Association first ever Provincial Championship !

Several years later, Tim became my personal trainer at Fitlife Strength and Conditioning. This elite off-season training, consisting of on and off ice seassions, was vital to my hockey career with the BCHL's Burnaby Express, Merrit Centenials; and Usports Queens Gaels. He promoted a diligent work ethic and taught the value of comradery within a community. The core values I learned from Tim during my time with him at Fitlife are still very much a part of who I am. 

I endorse Tim because of his strength in character as a mentor. I credit Tim with teaching me " The Will to compete" and "Work ethic". But the most important thing Tim taught me was to believe in myself and to prove everyone else wrong - or even better those who believe in me -Right- . 

Few individuals mentor and positively impact young athletes the way that Tim has over his career - those who know ..know. 

Tim is an outstanding coach, personal trainer, and mentor with exceptional commitment to hockey and athlete character development. His dedication exceeds expectations and I endorse his coaching and mentoring abilities .

To have the opportunity to be coached by Tim, is a gift. Our son and a group of kids started  on a new team at the beginning of a tournament, and each game they progressed noticeably.  His coaching method is both calm and inspiring for the kids, he set goals for them off the scoreboard, had them focusing on one shift at a time, and the strides the kids all made individually and as a team was incredibly successful.

Our son said he has learned so much about the game over these past couple of days alone. 

Tim is a passionate, detailed coach dedicated to his craft. He consistently brings energy and enthusiasm to any group he works with, and consistently encourages and pushes his athletes. 

Tim has the ability to communicate effectively to any age group using creative analogies, cues, and live feedback as good or better than anyone I have worked with.

There is a reason Tim Instructs our Sea to Sky hockey academies. Quite simple, he is amoung the best instructors I've seen. 

I would think my 43 years of on ice instruction, hockey background as a professional player & high-performance coach has enabled me to recognize talent when I see it. Tim is amoung the best technical instructors I have seen. 

His knowledge and attention to details has helped to produce some very skilled players and teams.

Tim is a well organized, talented, focused hockey coach that has helped my son develop into strong responsible young man on and off the ice.
